Treat people with respect

Do not threaten, harass, bully, impersonate or target people with hateful, sexual or discriminatory content. Do not publish another person's private information or send spam.

Play fairly

• No collusion, chip dumping, bots, scripts or unauthorised assistance.
• No exploiting defects or manipulating games, balances or rankings.
• No account sales, shared accounts or abusive multi-accounting.
• No attempts to evade age, territory, suspension or security controls.

Moderation

We may remove content, restrict chat, correct an affected balance, suspend an account or close it where proportionate. Serious threats, fraud or safety risks may be reported to the appropriate authorities. Decisions can be challenged through the complaints process.

Report a problem

Use in-product reporting where available or email support@feltspark.co.uk. Include the table, club or account name and approximate time, but do not send passwords or payment credentials.
