Gold Coins are for play, not money

No monetary or prize value

Gold Coins (GC) are a limited permission to use entertainment features inside FeltSpark. They are not money, stored value, a bank balance, an investment or property that can be withdrawn. GC cannot be redeemed for cash, goods, services, discounts, prizes or anything else of value.

A closed balance

• GC cannot be sold, gifted or transferred between accounts.
• There is no player marketplace or exchange.
• Game results never create eligibility for a real-world prize.
• Bots, collusion, balance manipulation and account trading are prohibited.

Free access

Eligible accounts receive a welcome allocation. A free daily refill is available when the balance is low, subject to the limits displayed in the service. This gives players a route back into free play without a purchase.

Future purchases

Paid GC packs are disabled during the controlled test. Before they are enabled, FeltSpark will show the total GBP price and material conditions before checkout. Buying GC will not create prize eligibility, cash-out rights or better odds of receiving anything of value. Purchase limits and spending controls may apply.

Corrections, expiry and closure

We may correct balances affected by a verified technical error, fraud or abuse. If an account closes, unused free GC disappears. The treatment of any future purchased GC, including applicable refund rights, will be disclosed before paid packs are activated. Contact support@feltspark.co.uk about a balance error.
