Terms for using FeltSpark

Who may use FeltSpark

• You must be at least 18.
• You must be physically located in England, Wales or Scotland when registering and playing.
• You must provide accurate information and must not bypass location or age controls.
• You may maintain only the accounts reasonably necessary for genuine play and testing.

Nature of the service

FeltSpark provides social-casino entertainment, poker practice, AI opponents, coaching and community features. It is not a gambling service and is not a way to earn money. Game results never create a right to cash, goods, discounts or prizes.

Accounts and security

Keep your credentials confidential, use accurate account information and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, bots, collusion, harassment, multiple-account abuse or attempted circumvention of our controls.

Payments

Subscriptions and paid Gold Coin packs are not active during the controlled test. We will publish total GBP prices, renewal, cancellation, refund and tax information before enabling any charge. No purchase will create prize eligibility or improve the odds of receiving anything of value.

Availability and changes

Test features may change, pause or be withdrawn. We may correct balances affected by a verified technical error, but virtual balances are not deposits or financial accounts.

Consumer rights and responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law. To the extent permitted by law, FeltSpark is not responsible for indirect loss or loss caused by misuse, unsupported devices or events outside reasonable control.
