How FeltSpark uses personal information

Information we use

• Account email, authentication records and recorded policy acceptances.
• Age-18 and Great Britain declarations; we do not collect identity documents at launch.
• Approximate country and region, IP address, device and security logs.
• Gameplay, Gold Coin ledger, clubs, chat, reports and moderation records.
• Support communications and, once enabled, purchase and subscription records.

Why and legal basis

• Provide accounts and games: performance of our agreement.
• Prevent abuse, secure the service and enforce territorial rules: legitimate interests and legal compliance.
• Keep financial and complaint records: legal obligations.
• Optional analytics or advertising: consent, if introduced later.

Service providers and transfers

We use providers for authentication, databases, hosting, email and, later, payments. Some processing occurs outside the UK. We assess contractual safeguards and transfer mechanisms before enabling each provider for production data.

Retention

• Account and game records: while the account is active and normally up to 24 months after closure.
• Security logs: normally up to 12 months.
• Support and complaint records: normally up to 24 months after resolution.
• Transaction and tax records: for the period required by applicable law.
• Data may be retained longer where necessary for fraud, disputes or legal obligations.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and may withdraw consent. Contact privacy@feltspark.co.uk. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

FeltSpark is not intended for children. We block known under-18 users and will delete or restrict information when we discover an ineligible account.
